5 EASY WAYS TO CONSUME TURMERIC ON THE DAILY
Good to know: if you can't source fresh turmeric root, use organic powdered turmeric. Use 1 level teaspoon in place of 1cm of fresh.

The quickest and most simple way is to boil filtered water in a pan (or nut milk) and then add 2 cm of sliced turmeric root (and root of ginger if you like it) per person to the pan, simmer and leave for 15 minutes.
